I have been thinking about how to best describe my dealings with Joel Confer BMW over the past 28 years, and believe the best way to do this is to simply say I picked up my tenth BMW from them two days ago. I would not have done this had they not been professional and fair in all ways. Joel Confer’s service department has been used exclusively for these vehicles, and others of mine as well. Not once have I felt as if I did not get treated fairly. I have recommended Joel Confer BMW to many friends over the years, and will continue to do so.

Outstanding experience! After shopping several luxury brands and carefully evaluating pricing and offers from other dealers, I just picked up my 3rd BMW at Joel Confer BMW and could not be happier. The entire experience was great. Ron R., Mark N., and Danny R. staff make leasing a new BMW easy.

The guys at Joel Confer BMW just can't be beat. I want to especially recommend Mark Noel and Ron Rehmeyer - two truly superb pros. Every step of the process was so professional, right from the getgo. Explanations were clear and complete by everyone on the team that I dealt with. The pricing was better than other BMW dealers were offering and Joel Confer BMW is widely known for its excellent service department. The customer is made to feel as if he/she is in the driver's seat, and a sense that you will be taken care of after the purchase is instilled as well as borne out by the experience of others who have dealt with these guys and this outfit. Thumbs up. We will be long-term/repeat customers.
