Original Review - My grandparents went to Savage KIA to buy a used car that he saw in a weekly add. When he arrived at the dealership the salseman with the last name, Kunder, talked him into buying a used 2007 KIA RIO for 11,000. My grandfather is 83 and Kunder and Maturi saw this as an opportunity to take advantage of an elderly couple. When my grandfather got home I took a look at the car and immediately knew he got taken advantage of. I looked on Edmunds and the suggested sale price for this vehicle was $8,033 bucks. For this "ethical" sales team ripping off my Grandpa for 3,000 wasn't enough they proceeded to talk him into about 500 dollars worth of unnecessary extras. After doing my research I went to confront the dealership. I meet with Kunder and told him I was interested in a similar car on the lot. This car was however two years newer and had about 4,000 less miles. Kunder gave me a price that was $500 less than what they charged my grandpa, however the car I asked about was a 2009 with less mileage. I guess I didn't look like such an easy target. I called Kunder out on what he did and asked him why he would charge me less money for a newer car. He ran to get the general manager, Maturi. After a short while of listening to Maturi's excuses for why they did what they did, I left the dealership with nothing resolved. From my discussion with both JOEY MATURI and MICHAEL KUNDER it was clear that these "men" had zero integrity, in fact I would be surprised if they could spell the word.
