It is our pleasure and an honor to give the highest rating to #1 Cochran Hyundai South Hills. Their professionalism was second to none. Our first impression of this dealership was unlike any other that we have encountered in our 40 year car buying history. Their warm, friendly, no hassle pricing was an excellent example of their total commitment to customer care and service. Bob, our salesman, helped us make an excellent choice as he and Mike worked hard to locate a totally equipped Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T with technology package. We were also introduced to Cheyne and Nikko, their service advisors. We would also like to recognize Ian, the finance and insurance manager. He provided us with excellent service in representing our best interest in financing and Hyundai Total Care Coverage for our new vehicle. Many thanks to #1 Cochran!!!

How we moved up to a 2014 Santa Fe Sport

Enjoying a 2-year anniversary of our 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe my wife and I decided to visit the showroom and see what's new. (The various Auto Shows helped manage our expectations.) The Cochran dealership, Wayne P in particular, was very effective in demonstrating their new array of products and a willingness to facilitate a transaction, despite our hesitancy. They cast a wide geographic net to find the particular SUV we desired. Find they did, with quick arrival of the Santa Fe Sport at the West Libery Avenue facility, from an out of state location. Their finance man, Ian, crafted a total economic package suitable to our budget. We drove home with a new Hyundai in a matter of a couple days, knowing from prior experience that good follow-up would be maintained by Wayne and very good service provided by their Parts and Service Department.

My First Hyundai

I walked into this dealership after being treated with disrespect by another dealer. Bob was amazing. He was so friendly and extremely honest and got me a great deal on my new SANTA FE SPORT. I am extremely happy with my new car and I will always recommend this place to my friends (I will also recommend that they ask for Bob).

This was by far the easiest and most plesant purchase of a new vehicle I have ever had. I was in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours. Amazing. From the GM to the sales associate, everyone was great. 4th time myself or another family member have bought a car from Cochran andf this was the best yet.

Went to look at a Hyundai Santa Fe to see the color of a car on Cochran's lot after getting a price for that car at a dealer close to our home. That car happened to have the exact package we were looking for. The price came in $1,000+ less than the other dealer. Good people and good purchasing experience.

I had awesome experience at Cochran purchasing a 2014 Elantra. No high pressure which drives me out the door. Our salesperson, Gavin, was just GREAT. He showed us the car, the incentives and answered our questions without a whole lot of pressure. I have purchased several vehicles over the years and this was the most pleasant experience I have had. Our sales representative worked efficiently with us to determine what we wanted. Even though our new car was not on Cochran's lot, the sales rep quickly identified a possibility that was not too far away. We quickly agreed on a price after trade-in of our old vehicle and made an appointment two days later to pick up our new car. Cochran was able to bring the new car in, inspect it and make it ready for us on time. We drove away happily two days after our initial visit. The dealership met our high expectations for the experience.

Working with #1 Cochran on the purchase of our new car was so easy. The staff immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Our salesperson, Gavin, was knowledgeable and honest. There was no tension, hidden agendas, or high-stress closers -- experiences we've had at other dealerships. This was the best car dealership visit I've ever had. So happy we came to Cochran and purchased our car here.

Amazing experience shopping and purchasing a car at #1 Cochran Hyundai! Bob P took a tremendous amount of time to walk me through the process and to make sure that I drove away in the right car for me. Ken M in the service department took extra steps to make sure that the car was ready in a pinch. Ian explained financing so even I could understand it! The sales and management staff at Cochran Hyundai of South Hills was the best staff I have ever bought from. They helped me out of a situation other dealers had told me was impossible. I was in a lease with a car that had become unreliable, but had significant negative equity. Cochran gave mea very fair buyout on it and got me into a grand new car. I could't be happier with this experience.

From the Stone Age to the Space Age

Ron is an extremely competent and professional salesperson. He complimented me on my choice of vehicle and color, which, although I had researched the vehicle's attributes, helped to enforce my decision. I have jettisoned from a 10-year-old vehicle into a modern vehicle with technology that is both challenging for the experienced "tekkie" yet easy for a novice to operate. Ron took the time to explain all of the features, referenced the manuals, set up the appropriate communication links between cellular phone and auto, and offered the appropriate assurance necessary to make me feel competent in operating such advanced features. Ron placed a follow-up call the next day and again reiterated the offer to call him direct if I experienced any difficulty or had questions about the vehicle or its features. The dealership was accommodating in locating my specific vehicle specifications and negotiating price. Altogether, with the Hyundai rebates, warranties, and financing options, I am pleased with my Sonata purchase, dealership experience, and salesperson capabilities.

2013 Hyundai Tucson

Working with #1 Cochran Hyundai was quick, easy, and efficient. I came in Saturday at lunchtime knowing what vehicle I was interested in (2013 Hyundai Tucson) and showed it to our salesperson, Gavin M. Right away, he took us over to the lot, showed us the vehicle, and showed us similar Tucsons and explained their differences. He was right to the point, thoroughly explained the vehicles features well, and helped boost my confidence in choosing this vehicle. Gavin and Tom G worked with us to figure out a deal that could get my monthly payments to a little over $200/month, my initial goal in shopping for a vehicle. This was difficult to negotiate at some other dealers. Gavin was able to easily set things up so that I could return later in the day with my down payment and leave the dealer with my new Tucson. Ian R made the payment process extremely efficient, helping explain to me how the loan process would work. He explained every document I was signing thoroughly but was still very to-the-point, what I was hoping for! After that was over, Gavin took me to my new Tucson, which was clean, filled up, and ready to go. This was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle, and I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant one. Whenever I will need a new vehicle down the line, #1 Cochran will be one of my top choices!
