The sales person I had named Nico, was very sensitive to my situation. He was following up with me for awhile until I entered an unfortunate situation with my vehicle. Nevertheless, when I made it to the dealership he took care of me from start to finish. He ever stayed 1 hr 15 mins over His schedule time. This Toyota dealership is the best. I have had my share of crap at Peruzzi Toyota in Hatfield PA and they could never compare to Central City Toyota!

I like that since I've been coming to Toyota since I got my first 2006 tundra they've been helping me ever since its like family I know them very well I had an issue with one of the cars from over too small but as always the salesman Ted and Jamie got me right into something that was more comfortable and roomy and less money than what I was paying for uber so I thank them from the bottom of my heart you should give both of them a raise for the job that they do for a lot of the customers that's why I sent all my referrals to Central City Toyota

Your dealership is the best. I went to other dealerships because of the proximity to my home and the salespersons we so spoke to were so unprofessional. AJ was our sales consultant and was very professional and knowledgeable. There was no hard sell. Very relaxed atmosphere. The finance department was also very professional.

We just came from the dealer after test driving a used Audi A4. The car's heating system does not work. We realized that after 5 mins. but the salesman who was with us insisted on telling that it works and it is just matter of time. In fact, he kind of denigrated us saying that it is "German" car which is why it would be different. After 15 minutes when the heating system still did not work, he would not admit that heating system has an issue. Finally after talking to the sales manager we found that in fact the system has an issue. And of course the salesperson was wrong from the beginning. It is okay for a salesperson not have the knowledge of all the cars in a lot. But he should at least acknowledge that he could be wrong or not knowledgeable instead of trying to demean the customer. That’s not the way to treat a customer. I won’t recommend the dealer to anyone for sure.

Every single aspect of this transaction was flawless, efficient and pleasant: quick response to my email request for a quote, and to find out whether the car I wanted was on their lot; the price they quoted was the best in the Philadelphia and surrounding area because I checked each dealer; all my questions were answered; they helped me through the process of purchase; went over every detail. The staff was articulate and pleasant, helpful and honest. Everything about this place, and their "sister" dealership, Ardmore, was perfect. The dealership provided an awesome experience. I dealt with John Lin. He was very patient and was very knowledgeable on all of the vehicles. After careful consideration and listening to all of his opinions. We chose the 2012 Prius. I was able to get my prefer choice of white exterior with dark interior Prius package III(apparently pretty rare to find around this area). John and his team got the vehicle for me from another dealers and while still beating that dealers' price. We are extremely happy with our purchase and truly appreciate his honestly and professionalism from start to finish. John listened and he delivered!

I went to get a new '12 Camry last Fri. We worked out the deal via email so, it should be an easy process. After I picked up the car and signed the purchase/finance agreement, the dealer backed out from the sale claiming that the buyer of my trade in back out. Al apologized and said he will contact a couple more buyers and let me know the next day. I called him the next day b/c he didn't call me. Two days later, he still didn't return my call. In all, I think the dealer might miss calculate the number and tried to back out from the deal. The bad thing is they got all of my info and ran a credit report which will lower my credit score for nothing.
