They were fast and efficient in getting my transmission programed. However, I had them look at my cd player not working. They stated it was broken and that GM no longer list it. They did not offer the service of having it sent to GM for repair, Which Bonnor Chevrolet did, and it's been repaired. They charged me labor to tell me it was broken and that was it, they could given me the option of repair.

My saleswomen, Amanda, was very friendly, and willing to answer all of my questions and meet my needs and expectations. I went to Sylvester Chevrolet because the company I work for does a lot of business with them. I also wanted to give them the local business. The vehicle I was interested in was a 2013 NEW Chevrolet Sonic RS Turbo manual in white or black. They did not have the vehicle on the lot. They went out of area to locate my vehicle and that they did. They had my vehicle dropped at Sylvester and a few short days later, I was the owner of a brand new Sonic RS. Very good place to purchase a car, with friendly faces and no pressure sales people.
