Poor Experience @ Rafferty

Pros:

Clean showroom

Nice on the surface, rude underneath

I live 2 miles from Rafferty, so the convenience factor is extremely high. In March of 2008, my wife and I test drove a 2008 Legacy GT 5-speed there.

Courteous, knowledgeable, patient, honest

Inflexible pricing

They were very nice and honest at Rafferty, they spent alot of time with me and answered all of my questions.  The problem that I had with Rafferty was their inflexibility and unwillingness to negotiate a fair deal.  The first deal that they put together for me was a bit high, as usual for a firs...
