I recently purchased a used 2008 Ford Taurus X from Hondru. We found the car online via AutoTrader. It had most but not everything we wanted on it. The internet customer relations manager (Ann) went back and forth answering my quickly and professionally. My wife and I decided we wanted to see the car so made and appointment and we hiked the 1.5 hours to the dealership. The car was warmed up and ready. The salesman (Jim) took us on a well chosen route to highlight various driving conditions. We climbed all over the car (it was ~9F that night) inspecting it and asking questions. We decided to purchase the vehicle, we came back two days later with the financing and paperwork in hand. Jim spent a while explaining all the electronic toys while the paperwork was being finalized. The only small negative was having to sit through the customary extended warranty sales presentation. But that's expected. The whole transaction was done in a short period of time, everyone left happy. The car is a gem, we paid a fair price and the whole experience was as painless as possible.
