Ellis Suzuki -- Worst Customer Service EVER

Sales staff not informed; did not follow through with promises; poor customer service.

I went though edmunds to get 4 quotes. I requested to be contacted by e-mail. Check my e-mail in the morning  and I had 1 quote that looked pretty good then the phone rang it was Robert Fajerski
