Laine Alan greeted us, arranged a test drive, answered all our questions, worked with us to come to a favorable price and brought in a vehicle to our liking expeditiously. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful but Laine made it enjoyable. Closing with Ben was also a very pleasant experience.

Acura of Limerick is working hard on fixing an issue I had with my original visit. I am very happy with the phone calls and hard work that Chris, the sales manager has been making to try to resolve my experience there. They do truly try to keep their repeat customers happy.

I have nothing but nice things to say about everyone I interacted with. The receptionist, whose name I believe is Tom (horrible with remembering names, sorry) was very hospitable offered me a coffee, water etc. right away. (Which I thought was very nice) I met with John who is in charge of the used vehicles department and he was very nice, did what he could to get me a lower price on the vehicle and I left with a new (to me at least) 2009 nissian murano! I will definitely recommend this dealership in the future. The only thing i would suggest changing is making sure to tell the customer right away that there is a $100 deductible that has to be paid for the warranty.
