Was receiving a battery/charging system error message on the display of my new truck. Wayne was the service writer and Dan was the tech that worked on my truck. Wayne called when he said he called, and kept me in the loop throughout the day while my truck was being worked on. Dan went a step further after replacing my battery, by contacting Ford support to inquire about any known issues with batteries going bad prematurely and to see if there was anything else he should check. Talk about thorough! Wayne offered me shuttle service to my office when I dropped the car off and shuttle service to come pick me up at the end of the day. Both Dan and Wayne explained what they did, what they found, and what they did to fix the problem when I came in to pickup my truck. My truck seat and floor was protected with plastic covers so as not to get my truck dirty. This is outstanding service and I will be going to Stuckey for all my service needs!! Excellent job Stuckey service department!!!!
