My Chevy purchase

Purchasing a vechile from fairway was easy. We walked into the showroom talked to a sales representative about what we wanted and pictured as our perfect car . The entire staff searched for it found it ,going way above any of our expectations. It was a great experience and will definitely be referring them to other people interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Performed annual state vehicle inspection. Found and resolved deteriorated braking system. They obtained my permission for the extra work after providing me with a detailed quote. Their service dept has always treated me well by providing quotes for the work to be performed and having the work done in a timely manner. They also provide me with an alert on work that may be needed in an future repair appt. I love that, a minimum of surprises!

Great experience- much better than my local dealer!

After having trouble with local dealerships, I decided to see if I would have a better experience at Fairway Chevrolet and I was not disappointed! I was a little let down to find out that there were no loaner vehicles available (since I had been told on the phone that one would be available for me to get back to Wilkes-Barre for work). When they realized this, they did make sure my car went right in though to try and get me back in my car as quick as possible. The service tech took me out to my car and went over the charging issue my Volt was having with me. Within only a few hours of arriving my car was done. By this point, a coworker had picked me up but the service department said I could pick up my car until 8 that night so I didn't even have to leave early to get my car. Everyone I dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful and I would definitely make the half hour drive there for service again! Well done Fairway Chevrolet!

2010 impala

I did ask for a rocket launcher to be installed on my car. Alas, I didnt get one. :) other wise,every thing was excellent. I love the professional team up there! They are friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with taking my car there.

Pleased with overall service

I was pleased with service I received wasn't very pleased to find out that the extended warranty wouldn't have covered our problem with a 1 and a half year old car rusting from under paint this was not from paint chipping the rust blistered up the paint and I sure hope its not a precursor to bigger problems down the road it would be very disappointing.

Thanks for taking time to explain what was done on my car... even on a routine oil change appt. My heater is working fine now (after the fix in March/April) also. Definitely will need that soon. See you all next year. : )

Fairway Chevrolet goes above & beyond to find exactly what you are looking for. The salesmen do not try to push other vehicles on you just to make a sale. We told them what we wanted with all the options we needed. Fairway took the time to search for the truck and we had it in less than a week. They even beat the prices we were quoted at other Chevy dealers. Totally satisfied!
