Bought a 2007 Camry V6 SE from them before. So when I was in the market for 2012 Sienna LE V6 8-psg, I went with them again. Originally I went to Milham but they wouldn't budge on price ($29,500 was lowest) and Bennett Toyota offered something similar. Then I remember Peruzzi and the great experience I had in the past. The reason I didn't go back to them first is because they are a good 20 miles away from my home. Anyway, quoted through edmunds and they promptly gave me a call. Told them that I bought a car from them before, and now I can only afford around 28K and don't waste my time if they couldn't give me an offer around that ballpark. The internet agent, Breanna, told me no problem, she'll see what she can do. Then the Sales Manager called and I asked that before I head in I wanted an offer over the phone. Was quoted $28,790. That is almost $1000 lower than the best deals other dealerships are offering me, so I drove down with the whole family for one more test drive before I buy. Another good thing to note is that I have done many service on my Camry with them and that earned me "points" towards my next new car, which they reminded me (they bought it up, I've forgotten about it.) And I have 334 points meaning I can deduct another $334 off the price. So now the car price is down to $28,4xx. Amazing! Now, I would definitely buy and tell all my friends and family to buy from them (if they give good offers that is.) Strongly recommend people that are really sick of BS from dealerships, promise of low price and then maybe take only $1000 - $1200 off MRSP, go to Peruzzi. They don't waste your time going back and forth and they will quote you a great low price over the phone and honor it. I know this is not service review but I figure I will say a quick thing here. Their service is not as friendly and can be downright arrogant (which is why I've stop taking my Camry there after awhile, or else I would have more "points".) You have to fight them to not do services not in the manufacture recommendations, and tell them to just stick with the book. Tired of BS recommendations. Why can't they take a page from their sales department and just do what is necessary and not trying to over-sale something that we don't need? Since my Sienna is new I will go to Peruzzi for services (oh yeah, forgot to mention, buy from them and you get free 2-year manufacture required maintenance + State Inspection for any car you directly own.) Hopefully, the force-sale service tactic has gone and they honestly just do what the manufacture recommends.
