When I first visited the dealership, I had already been at 4 other places. The salesperson (Sandy) was pleasant but low-key, not over-eager or pushy. She answered all my questions but I didn't think I wanted a Subaru, so I didn't waste a lot of her time or mine. After looking around, I returned to this dealership a week later. I was surprised that the staff remembered me and referred to some of the conversations we had the week before. I was originally interested in a base model and they were making arrangements to have on brought in the next day. Then I asked them about the premium model they had on the lot - got a great price and trade in, the deal was almost equivalent to the base offer but with lots of extras in the bargain. I don't have much experience in buying new cars but I felt that this was definitely a positive experience, and I look forward to keeping in touch with them and returning there when my car needs servicing.
