Inattentive sales associate who made a one hour deal into a nearly five hour deal trying to juggle too many customers. My deal was a cash deal with trade-in, negotiations went quickly, agreement reached and then was repeatedly told only a few minutes. I made it very clear that I wanted to reach an agreement, buy the car, and be out of there in the least amount of time possible. Was not offered coffee, found it after more than 2 hours of sitting and waiting to see the salesman pass by to deal with somebody else. Salesman got my key for the trade in car and kept the new car key to hold me captive. Would have all been alleviated had the salesman been more cordial, said here is the key to your car back, it will take some time so you can go to the closeby mall or do errands and will call you when we are ready. Instead, was repeatedly told it would be "soon" or next person in to complete paperwork while the hours went by. Horrible Experience! Entire deal should have been completed in less than 1 hour instead of 5! Never again!
Got a decent deal but would not reccomend this dealership unless you have nothing better to do than waste your time waiting on a dealership to do you the favor of taking your money while making you wait and ignoring you as you do so. The worst customer service I have seen at any dealership I have ever dealt with. They make it very clear they don't value your time, and have no problem just letting you sit there and wait for them to do you the favor of completing the sale all the while they are making the money and your time is not important to them at all!
