I was extremely impressed with the customer service at Roberts Automall. When I test drove the Subaru Legacy, I was given space to check it out and the freedom to test drive without someone hovering over my shoulder. I never felt pressured to sign papers right away. I completed the online financing application (super convenient) and purchased the car the following day. Nando DiPasquale answered all of my questions about the car, the financial agreement, service, etc. He had everything ready when I came into the dealership so that the purchasing process was timely. He was friendly, helpful and was looking out for me - - I never felt pressured. Highlights: Kim (service coordinator) met with me to discuss how service and maintenance works at their d'ship. Steve (another in sales) sat with me in the car and explained what each button and knob was and how it worked. Gary (the legal paperwork guy) had all the papers drawn up and explained what each one was and why I didn't need certain extra warranties (because insurance covers it, or Subaru covers it..etc). He made sure I understood (in basic everyday terms) what was included in my agreements and who to contact if I ever had problems with the car. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and with the staff at Roberts. Having never bought a car before, I was quite intimidated when beginning the process. However, I quickly realized that at Roberts, they're looking out for you as their customer.
