Would not recommend buying a car from Salerno Duane Infiniti

Pros:

Timothy O'Loughlin friendly salesman

Cons:

Dishonest with buyer rgarding incentives/rebates, playing games with numbers, poor offer on trade-in

Stay far away from this dealership.  Bought 2008 EX35 one year ago and decided to try and trade for FX because of small backseat in EX.  Love car otherwise.  General manager offered $24,000 on trade-in on fully loaded car with 7700 miles worth $31,000 as trade-in on Edmunds, KBB, and other sites....

Had been looking at Lexus, and BMW, then thought about EX35, but too small for my needs.  Spoke to a sales associate that I had connected through internet quote and she lead me to the FX35 which priced out well, and I was treated fairly on negotiations, no bait and switch on the lease costs.  All...
