Purchasing a 2016 Grand Cherokee

We had a 2015 Trail Hawk, and we were concerned with the transmission. We opted to get out of it and into a new car. The salesperson was great, and our experience in dealing with the trade-in was also top-notch. They took our concerns into consideration and made sure we felt safe when we left. The reason for the 4-star rating is that it was a 2 hour wait to get into the financing office to complete the transaction.

High Volume, Low Prices

This dealer's strategy is to sell a high volume of vehicles at a low price. The dealer makes money when the manufacturer awards a bonus to the dealer for a high number of vehicles sold. This takes the bargaining out of the process, which is nice. Salesman was straight forward. Dealer lost one of the keys, so they still owe me that. Overall I am pleased.

We just purchased a new Jeep Cherokee and are so happy with it! Our salesman Jim W. was awesome and got us where we needed to be with no pressure. Jim W. was friendly and easy to work with and very knowledgeable and informative! Entire staff at Ron Lewis was Awesome! Definitely would recommend this Dealership!

I went in looking for a used car but the salesman heard my intentions and suggested a lease which worked out much better for me and my family. He was honest and straightforward. Ran many numbers through to get me the best deal and actually cleaned my car and filled the tank personally. Would recommend them to anyone.

Great Sales Department /Sales Associate

I was looking for a used car for a second car for my husband nothing fancy, just something to get him too and from work from the moment we walked in the door everyone was so friendly, and listened too what I wanted and our payments we ended up with something a little more then we wanted but overall is going to last a long time and we got our monthly payments what we wanted. Our sales guy (Rod Mason) explained everything too us and he was wonderful, Defiantly would recommend him, and this dealership.

In January of 2015 my wife and I traded our 2012 Challenger RT for a 2015 Dart GT. This was our fifth car buying experience with CCJD and our first with salesperson Paul Morando. Like our other experiences, both the salesperson Paul and the entire staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, realistic, and respectful. While we now have two vehicles that we now plan to keep long-term, we will absolutely continue to make Cranberry Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram our one-stop for vehicle shopping. Great dealership, good service dept, etc.

Horrific experience

i ordered a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Ron Lewis. The process was a nightmare and I've had nothing but problems since delivery. The service department is a joke ( they lost my jeep). Warning to all jeep buyers do not purchase the undercoating through this dealership.... They will undercoat everything including your paint!!!! 4 times I gave them to try fix with no results.... My bumper is now white!!!! The GM promises the world then drops the ball. Stay far far away from this dealer!!!!

I bought my second Grand Cherokee here last week. I drove 40 miles to buy it and I am glad I did so. James W. sold me this Jeep, and he was much more knowledgeable about the vehicle than the dealer I visited previously. The price was correct and there were no surprises. Super job. I will be back.
