The staff at Chapman Auto Columbia are phenomenal!! I found a used auto on their website and completed most of the buying process online including valuing my trade-in vehicle. I drove up to Columbia from Atlantic City, NJ the next morning to sign a few documents; relinquish my trade-in vehicle; and pick up my new purchase. Everyone from Keith, the General Manager; Internet Sales Manager, Bedelia; and my salesman Brantley were pleasant and professional. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Chapman Auto in Columbia.

Service was performed quickly, accurately, and at a reasonable price. I especially like that the service manager provides updates via text of service being performed and when it's completed. That keeps interruptions to a minimum during my hectic work day. My was in for routine service, so I did not require a quote. I've purchased my last two cars from this dealer and have been satisfied with the sales and service experience.

Chapman Ford is a great place to work with. Top dollar for my trade, excellent salesman, great finance department, and service is on point! Everyone I have had dealings with has been more than friendly and willing to help in any way possible. Based on my experience at Chapman my wife will be seeing Tom Herr when she is ready to buy! Overall my experience was fantastic with Chapman Ford. I was very nervous to purchase my first car but they made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase choice. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed. I plan to return to Chapman the next time I need to buy a car!

Very nice service waiting area. Loved how I could pull up under roof without getting wet. The service advisor came outside to meet us and welcomed us. Very impressive. Our wait was normal for work being done. Having a tv there and snacks kept kids calm while we waited. Thank you.

I purchased a new 2013 Taurus SEL at Chapman Ford and I am very happy with my car and the dealer. Chapman treated me with respect and gave me a better price than I was expecting. I went to several dealers where they played their stupid salesman games ( "now we don't normally do this, but for you we'll make an exception") Give me a break. I am not an idiot. Chapman was up front and honest and that is why I will continue to do business with them. Save yourself some time and gas money by just going to Chapman. They held the car for me for 3 weeks while I came up with the money to pay for it and in that 3 weeks they found me an extra $1,250 off the price. How many other dealers would do that? Thanks Guys!!

I bought a slightly used (about 6 months old) 2011 Mustang from Chapman. I have to say I'm more than pleased with their service! Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I had commented that their was a scratch on the bumper (nothing major) while I was checking the vehicle out. They buffed it out by the time I had bought it! I didn't even push to have it done! I also noticed that it had one of those dealership advertisement emblem things (that almost all dealerships put on the back of their cars they sell). I commented that I usually don't care for those things. I was pleased to find out that when I went in to purchase the car the next day, the dealership advertisement was gone! I didn't even ask to have it removed! The salesmen (Brad) must have remembered me commenting on it. Very detail oriented. I highly highly recommend them!
