Just finished purchasing a new Honda Accord Sport for my wife through Independence Honda in Bloomsburg,PA. All I can say is it was the best experience I've ever had buying any vehicle,new or used,in my 35 years of driving. From our initial phone call to see if the vehicle my wife desired was in stock, the salesman, Neil S, was incredibly helpful. Had answers to any and all questions,took us on a nice test ride that encompassed many various kinds of roads and conditions, (not just the normal ride around the block you usually encounter) . He gave us a very fair offer right off the bat,which was all we wanted. None of the back & forth nonsense you usually encounter when buying. When we picked the car up,he took at least a half hour to sit in the car with my wife to explain in detail all of the nuances of the inboard computer command center.,and all of the other options inside the cabin. I was also happy with Shawn the business mgr.,who didn't try to hard sell/pressure us into taking all kinds of extras.He explained each extra warranty that was offered,and if we declined,he politely moved on. All in all this was a genuinely great transaction,and I recommend to anybody to give these folks a shot at your business,as even if there's another dealer a little closer,it'll be worth the drive to check them out. Thanks again Neil,you were a pleasure to deal with,and you've earned Independence a return customer,and I will recommend this dealership to anyone that I know who is in the market for a vehicle.
