DONT LOOK FOR SERVIE AFTER THE SALE!

We needed to replace a second car and were looking for a used car. We had 3 that were in the running, a Mazda 3, a VW Jetta and a Pontiac G6 (all 2006). Although I did not want the G6, my son and husband loved it and my husband thought in todays economy it would be nice to buy american. Our sales person was very personable and really want to make the sale. He called, followed up, etc. All seemed well until 2 WEEKS after the purchase, the entire electrical wiring on the car went after using a cell phone charger, that is right, the ENTIRE wiring harness went! It seems faulkner didn't even remember us. There was no service at all, no offer of a rental since we have been out of a car now for 3 1/2 weeks and no end in site!! Remember, we have only had the car 2 weeks and been out of a car 3.5 weeks!!!! They shipped it to a Pontiac dealer to "deal" with. Luckily, they gave us a loaner, but NOT THE PEOPLE WHO SOLD US THE DUD!!!!! They haven't called to follow up, NOTHING!!! THEY GOT THE CHECK FOR THE SALE, WIPED THEIR HANDS TO US AND DON'T CARE ANY MORE. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER UNLESS, AFTER THE SALE, YOU WANT TO BE TOTALLY FORGOTTEN. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE SALE, THE MONEY. THERE IS NO, I REPEAT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Should have bought a foreign car or at least a car frorm another dealer. Faulkner sold us a lemon.

Customer service is our strong point!!! We have been a family owned business for over 75 years. Service and sales are our commitment!!! On several occasions we offered a refund to this customer and they continued to reject our offer!!! Please understand we are comitted to every vehicle and every customer!!!100 percent!!!
