Quality Service

by Allan V on 03/21/2024

Excellent customer assistance at the service desk from Sarah. Quality work at a reasonable price from a well trained group of technicians. The free loaner is a most valuable (an eSUV no less) is a most valuable component in my choosing their service department.

5 days for oil change and tire rotation

by NJSukkau on 07/14/2019

Failed to apply coupons during initial billing. Car was not ready for the first pickup. Clearly not initially test driven after ‘B’ service. Unable to triage/fix tire noise from rotation/balance. Work ultimately ‘undone’ on tires to remove noise. Told twice “The Best or Nothing” is subjective and as a customer it is “Just not worth” resolving my issue. $580 ‘B’ service plus $70 for tire rotation. Not worth it? Sean Curry is a disgrace to the Daimler brand.

Poor (No) Service

by EasyGoing on 05/21/2019

We made a special trip from Salem to look for cars (serious buyers), parked in front of the showroom, walked around the lot looking for 20 minutes and never got acknowledged by any of the staff. I even went into the showroom and strolled around for several minutes, got some looks but no offers to help. Customer service? I don't think so!

Great.. until they took my money..

by Daniel on 04/21/2019

My wife and I finally adventure ourselves to get a Mercedes SUV, in part due to its safety and quality as we are starting our family and we want to make sure we are all protected. Our family have a great history with Mercedes and that is why we also lean into its brand. Thinking that is also a luxury car its service will also be top of its line, but I guess we were wrong... It all started really great. We choose a good deal on a CPO, we test drive it, we loved it. We then negotiated some of the terms and that went as expected in any negotiation. I was amazed, we closed the loan much faster than other dealerships I have bought new cars. But, that was just the skin of the apple... sort to say.. is like when you go to the groceries and you find this shiny healthy apple and you buy it. When you get home all excited to get this delicious fruit, you get the knife to cut it and to your surprise! Is just full of worms... When we finished the loan application, they told us they will send us the copy of the loan over email. Three days have passed and I saw my statement the down payment we made but also another payment of over $4k that I have no idea what exactly was. Also, we tried to change the terms of our finance. So we called the finance manager, left a voicemail and no call back. We contacted our sales rep and she send an email to the finance manager and cc me. I followed up over email every day for week and a half and never got a reply. I called him and all calls landed to his voicemail. Finally, I was over it, I send them the last email that they are not taking any of their responsibility serious and that is when the director of sales (who was also cc in all the emails) sent me the copy of my contract. When I reviewed it, there was no $4k anywhere. I asked what is that.. and of course their answers was.. oops, not sure what happened, we are refunding it back. Also they told us that has been too long since we signed up the loan and they cannot change it. I told them I made the initial call two days after and never got any reply back, send emails and everything. I was like, what? I give you my credit card to pay for the down payment how you use it to charge for something else that you don't have any recollection? Or even worse, if I never asked consistently for my documents to be sent so I can review I will just end up paying $4k for nothing? I just felt that that idea of top service was just a big fat lie. Mercedes or not, the only luxury part they have is their cars, but not their people. Specially if you try to contact them after you already give them your money. Before that, they were so responsive. They just want your money so bad. But when you just ask a simple question to send the documents, they just disappear, overcharge you, make you waste your time, don't value you as a customer. I don't expect to do any further business with this dealership. Now I know they put a good face to collect your money, after that, you are just a transaction.

MB Wilsonville People Focused

A great buying experience

by bgerson on 03/24/2018

This was a very easy purchase. We found the vehicle we wanted online, came in and met with Brent, drove the vehicle, negotiated the price and drove it home the next day. Through the process, Brent was friendly, helpful and professional. He was a pleasure to work with. There was no high-pressure selling as in most dealerships and no "grinders" to close the deal. Jeff added a personal touch by staying in contact with me online. We're already thinking about another Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville.

Try Another Dealer

by scotcro on 01/03/2018

My wife and I leased a new C300 in December from MB Wilsonville, and although I am totally happy with the final deal, I do feel compelled to let everyone know that at this point, based on how the whole transaction went down, I do not feel I would ever do business with Wilsonville Mercedes Benz again. In fact, even though I did prepay the maintenance, I plan to take it to a different dealership for maintenance. I will try to be brief in explaining why I feel this way. 1. When we got to the business manager, the final numbers presented by Brian Revord were not the same as we had discussed with Brandon King. This really was not a problem for us until Brian threw his hands in the air and said that that those were the numbers they gave him, with the attitude that there was nothing he could do about it. It was only at our insistence that he took action to check into it. Ultimately the monthly payment was more than what we negotiated. 2. After checking, Brian Revord said they had not included a USAA rebate, and after plugging that in, presented a payment that was only marginally closer to our expectation. And again conveyed that it was not his problem, and we felt we were expected to just deal with it. Which at this point, we were not. And again, only at our insistence, did he reluctantly check with Brandon King to ultimately recover the work sheet we were working from. 3. After confirming that the numbers were in fact wrong, we did find that Brandon King had made a few adjustments to the numbers, but confirmed what the payment should have been. When I expressed to Brandon King that we should have had a conversation about the final numbers before we got to the business manager, he graciously acknowledged and apologized. 4. At that point the graciousness ended as Brian Revord appeared to struggle to make the numbers work. He was visibly upset with us and pouted throughout the remainder of the transaction. He only spoke to us when absolutely necessary to complete his task. With Brandon King in the room for the remainder of the transaction, we made great attempts to lighten the situation and hopefully turn a sad and frustrated event into the happy one it should have been. 5. The final monthly payment actually worked out to be less than what we originally thought, which we were happy to see, but Brian Revord offered no explanation. If that was his way of trying to make the situation better for us emotionally, it totally failed. The issue was not really about the payment difference, it was not really about money at all, but integrity and respect. 6. As a whole, the “team” we worked with that night was quite dysfunctional. They all acted like they worked for different companies, each interested only in their responsibilities. Including the Sales Manager who we never actually talked to. At one point our sales consultant, referred to it as the 'B' team. 7. A few days after the transaction we were informed that the lease agreement still was not correct, and we needed to sign a new one. The bottom line payment was still the same, but they had to send someone out to have us sign new lease documents. I have had several conversations with the leadership team at MB Wilsonville about this situation, all seemed sincerely disappointed in how things worked out. But in the end, they just don't get it. There are definite leadership issues at this dealership.

Good experience of buying a car from Mercedes in Wilsonville

by Timshay on 12/29/2017

Our family purchased an E400 couple from this dealership. That was a pleasant experience. Our sales person is Mr. Brent Mesher. He is knowledgeable and nice. As matter of fact, the whole sales department are really nice. The owner Jeff is also came to talk to us. We felt we were treated very well. Tim Shay

Stereotypical Car Salesman - Not Mercedes Experience

by FaithMorie on 12/24/2017

You have lots of options, but somwewhere else. These guys wasted so much of my time. They told me the vehicle was available, during the week of Christmas. They waited until Christmas Eve to tell me that they sold it to someone else. This was AFTER they pulled my credit, which I do not at all appreacite. If you want to be treated like this, go to a Chevy dealership.

Great experience!!

by Jkravitz84 on 10/05/2017

Jeff was great to work with. We found a car online and he had it ready for a test drive by the time we arrived. We didn’t feel any pressure throughout the process. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. Financing was simple and their team helped us find a great rate. Definitely suggest Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville!!

Failed to honor wheel warranty

by couvrunner on 02/09/2017

Purchased after market wheel damage warranty that was promised all MB dealers honor. When took it to MB Wilsonville, OR on 12/16 was told they were not able to get ok from warranty claim dept because of holiday low number of adjusters. Would have to wait to first of year. Waited and never got call to get work done. Called and told that warranty company did not have a record of my policy. I called myself and got confirmation of policy within 5 minutes. Sent copy of policy to MB Wilsonville service on 1/24/2017. Was told they would try again. On 2/8/2017 I called warranty company and was told that no one from dealership has contacted them for my claim. Don't understand what's going on. Dealer seems not to really care about warranty service for my car. Should it really take 6 weeks to get go ahead on my insurance policy that they sell. If so just tell me and I will move on to another MB dealer and tell others to be cautious with Wilsonville MB service dept.

So Disappointed in Car and Service Department

by Buzzybelly on 08/25/2016

Been a little over a year since I bought my car from this dealership. When I bought the car last July it had a little over 10k miles on it. I've put a little over 5k miles on her in the past year. So far the windshield wiper sprayer and one of the side mirrors had to be replaced (both listed as defective on the repair slips) and now they cannot figure out why my car makes screeching noises when I accelerate or brake. I've had it in their service department twice now and both times they were sure it was fixed. The last time I was told (several times - guess they didn't think I understood) this was being covered as a "DSA Goodwill" but would not be covered in the future since this was not covered under either warranty (I purchased the extended warranty - money well spent I see!). Called and asked for Ryan Cook (my salesperson) - was put through to his active voice mail and left a message with no response, after 2 days called to speak to the Service Manager and was led to believe there was no service manager by the receptionist. WHAT???? No Servie Manager at a dealership. Got a call from Michaela after a survey submission - she said Ryan was no longer with the company and that they did have a service manager. Promised me a call from the service manager. Been 4 days and no call (probably since they are aware of the brake pad issue below). Took my car to Les Schwab and they lightly sanded the brake pads and re-lubed everything - we'll see what happens. The Service Person let me know that they have had several memos on how Mercedes is struggling with their brake pads. I found several mentions of the C Class having the same issue as mine on MBWorld. I am so disappointed in this car and the dealership. Unfortunately now my brothers get to say - "told you so"...........

Excellent Service- As Usual

by davecole597 on 01/13/2016

I have been dealing with M/B of Wilsonville for over 10 years (Sales and Service) and have never been disappointed. Chris Cain provided exceptional service and went beyond his duties to check out small scratches and have the detailer buff the area. Service was completed ahead of schedule because I was waiting and for a reasonable price. Glad to see Mike Rossi back as Service Manager !
