We really wanted to buy local (Salem). I did my homework up front--researched and test drove (out of town) to make the final decision on model although my husband had not yet been on a test drive. Requested online quotes from several different dealers in the valley. Received a phone call from Rich at Withnell within 10 minutes. He gave me a verbal quote and followed up with a quote via e-mail. While we weren't able to get there that day for my husband to test drive the car, we went the next day. We worked with 2 different salesmen while their customers were out on test drives. Each sent us off on our own to test drive. We never experienced any high pressure. We negotiated with someone else yet. We actually stood in the lobby and wandered around while he checked numbers. We had an agreement within 15 minutes which included finding Rich's quote and going back and forth a couple times until we reached an agreement. They were very pleasant to work with and we would do business with them again.
