New Car Purchase

We were looking downsize by trading in our 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee on a new 2018 Jeep Cherokee. We needed to make the deal work within our limited budget, which we expected would require some pretty hard negotiating. This turned out not to be necessary. The Roberson salesperson quoted a serious low price offer on the new car and offered us $500 more for our trade-in than the top end of the range estimated using the Edmunds website. We ended up with a net cost that was about $250 below the Edmunds TMV (True Market Value). Our sales person was also courteous and very helpful in dealing with our unpreparedness. We live 2-1/2 hours from the dealership and, not expecting to take possession of the car that day, had failed to bring along title and extra keys for our trade-in, proof of insurance, or loan authorization to bypass our fraud alert we had placed with the various credit unions. He managed to get past all these barriers so we could complete the deal and head for home with our new car. Which we love.

Our salesman, Mark Whittington was a pleasure to work with. Not only were we able to make a very good deal on our new Cherokee, Mark stayed well into a Sunday evening teaching us how to use all of the features of our new Jeep. Then he made a follow-up appointment with us for the following Wednesday to make sure we fully comfortable with our new Jeep, at which time he answered all the new questions we had and showed us how to use the self park feature. But that's not all! After leaving the dealership on Wednesday he called us and told us we needed to return because the finance person had uncovered an error in the computation of the Chrysler rebate. We came back within the hour to find that the error was in our favor which saved us a lot of money. The savings were so large that we were able to opt in and buy the extended warranty coverage and still keep our monthly payments right in our budget. Thank you Roberson! This car buying experience has been one of the best I've ever experienced. This is my first new Chrysler product, I've always been a GM buyer before. You have a very satisfied customer.

We had John as our salesman. I honestly hate car salesman and usually have my wife speak to them because I get so angry. John was completely different, very low pressure, able to answer questions. He actually listened to our needs.

Trenton was great and make the experience a good one. the only down side was the sales manager tossing my wifes card at her when we had an issue with the bank. that needs to be fixed right away you don't throw someones bank card at them and tell them that there is an issue with the card. Also they force the Ofac check down our throats as well when it only needs to be done if your spending over $10,000 and we were not. that was almost a deal breaker for us. We told them we were cash buyers and that we wanted to go and get the tags and title our selves but they forced there fee for filing the tags on us as well. The sales managers were the only issue we had with this dealership also our trade in we got ripped on that as well. this is an overall good company to deal with like I said trenton was great but his bosses needed some customer service lessons.

Scott Cole was a fantastic dealer to work with. In fact, though we didn't go with the first few cars he showed us and had options elsewhere, we came back to see if he had other options because we enjoyed working with him so much. He was helpful, kind, and we could tell he had our best interest at heart. Also, when we had issues with the car, we brought it in and Scott and other workers were extremely helpful in getting the car fixed. However, the car had more issues right off the bat than anticipated, which did not instill confidence. Additionally, the business manager was extremely high pressure and made a handful of disrespectful comments.

Chuck is simply the best!! He provided the highest level of customer service, with no pressure to buy. Chuck went above & beyond to make the deal happen. I highly recommend going to Roberson and working with him, if your in the market for a new vehicle. We are so happy with our new to us Jeep! The financing manager is great as well, she got us in and out super fast all while thoroughly explaining everything and answering questions! This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had!!!

I purchased a new 2014 jeep wrangler unlimited rubicon. The sales transaction were handled by John Freeman. I was extremely satsified with the way John handled himself with my inquiries and questions concerning the Jeep. I did not feel that he tried to talk me into or out of anything. It was a good experience for me dealing with a sales person who seemed focused on providing information which allowed me to determine what I wanted in a vehicle. John demonstrated a good combination of personality and professionalism during our discussions.

The sales person (mainly Chuck!) at Roberson's is awesome. I was getting frustrated not finding the Jeep that seemed to "fit" me. They not only found the Jeep that fit to my EXACT specs, but a whole lot more! I will send my friends and family to them. Everyone there is very friendly, kind and helpful. They are knowledgeable and take the time to talk to you, even if you aren't going to buy. Being a sales person is hard work! Way to go!
