T & C's slogan, "Drive Home Happy" is exactly what I felt. I had seen a car on the Car.com site, and was going elsewhere when I began passing the Dealership. On a whim I turned in. Dick D., respectfully allowed me to get out and look around before asking if he could help. I told him about the Cars.com car and he took me to it. He was totally professional, not pushy, answered questions fully without trying to add "awsome elements" to the car. I really felt he allowed be to buy the car. I told him what I was going to pay for maximum payments and the topic NEVER came up again. My wife and I sat down, he went through all the documentation. Took it to the "boss" and came back with the keys. The payments were what I wanted, financing was what I wanted and it was a VERY relaxing, smooth process. THE BEST car buying experience I have ever had. But it did'nt end there. He tok us the the Accounting Depart to sign all the "Dreaded Paperwork" and the woman (I just wish I had remembered her name), was sooooo easy and funny and just made it so painless I was in my NEW car and gone feeling I had just won the Big Game! Town and Country is now the ONLY dealer I will EVER use. As a footnote, we had our dog with us. NO ONE, absolutely no one even looked sideways as she went into the offices, sat looking out the windows, or even in the middle of the hall. They just stepped around her, or scratched her ears and smiled. That meant a LOT to me. They fully DESERVE my 5 star rating!!
