Great new car buying experience

Pros:

Excellent internet sales department - no high pressure or "tricks"

Cons:

Got the impression that there might be more pressure if you were to just walk on to the lot

Incompetent staff, crowded, small inventory

One word for Courtesy Ford - incompetent.
