I do not trust Lithia Volkswagen at all.  Recently they worked on my girlfriends car and we got problem after problem.  In February of 09 she took it in and they worked on it and the bill came to over $660 after an initial assessment that it would only cost a few hundred.  Had to take it back in ...

Don't get Roped into Lithia VW!

Cons:

Expensive, arrogant, disrepectful, dishonest, irresponsilbe.

It's a real shame that I have to write negative feedback for these guys. They have all the skills but after years of dealing with Lithia VW, I can't remember the last time I had good service. They are the only authorized VW facility in the area and it shows (very arrogant/ disrespectful).
