So surprised to have a car purchase go smoothly! Henry T., the Internet Fleet Manager, of Royal Moore Mazda in Hillsboro was truly great to work with from email communications, to the appointment, and on. Even when it was time to work with the business manager to sign papers—where I expected to have pressure for the warranty. . .not a peep! He'd already been informed by Henry that I did not want it. I felt like I could get up and walk away at any time to think about the purchase some more. Pleasantly surprised. (Had a very different experience with hand offs and 5 follow up phone calls after just a test drive at Herzog!).
