We had a very pleasant experience in buying our new Honda Fit from LMH of Hillsboro. i had been shopping over the internet using email to collect all the information i needed for the purchase. after narrowing our search down to Honda FIT, when i contacted LMH about the vehicles in stock, Andrew Hudson, responded. He was very professional and courteous with my enquiries and we set up time to meet him at the dealership. he showed us the two models (one new and one used) that were on the lot, patiently answered all my questions and was very understanding when we left the dealership because we were not considering a sport trim. However, when we returned to negotiate for the sports trip, Andrew was very helpful, he negotiated in good faith, took care of the spots and stains on the seat fabric when i pointed out to him. He was also able to accomodate our request for a custom plate (most other dealers i had spoken said, i need to take the plates they give me and then change it by going to DMV - waste of money and time). I hope he stays focussed on customer service and the professional attitude when dealing with customers. Good job!
One improvement would be to upfront about the dealer-adds and other fluff/stuff and not wait till a dead-pan finance guy goes through the mechanics of selling these items - or at least get off the selling binge once you find out customers are not interested in any of these.
