Pros:

Informative, clear and honest salesperson - good deal.

Cons:

Building renovations no doubt contributes to some issues.

Purchased a new vehicle from Jay Lees in Gladstone - no problems at all. Salesperson was extremely helpful and I felt I was treated more honestly and fairly than most other dealerships I visited. I also received a good deal.

New Vehicles w/ Many Miles On It. BAD Better Business Record.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALER ! We were sold a defective new car. Was lied to so the defective problem is pass to consumer to deal with Honda Warranty. When confronted  - refused to refund / replacement.
