BEWARE OF THIS DEALER ! We were sold a defective new car. Was lied to so the defective problem is pass to consumer to deal with Honda Warranty. When confronted - refused to refund / replacement. No wonder why their vehicles are on lot for MONTHS. Most have at least 50 miles on it and some with over 150 miles for a brand new Honda. We made a mistake with our purchase - don't make the same mistake we did. Their low prices come with baggage so think twice before considering this dealer. Dealer have a "Unsatisfactory Record" with Better Business Bureau (BBB.com). We found this out afterward. Salesman pretended to care - but never heard back after we escalated the complaint. Car left with service (Friday-Tuesday) to fix the "Driver Side Defective Problem" came back with front passenger side brand new floor mat all mud dirty and with additional 10 miles on odometer. Our assumption?- car was taken for joy ride while in service? We are so disguisted with this dealer !
