During the initial phase, Simon (our salesman) was direct, relaxed and didn't pressure us at all. We didn't find what we wanted the first time around and looked at several other dealerships before I decided to come back and revisit the Ford dealership. All four people I came into contact with were not pressuring at all. I found a vehicle online that I wanted to look at and they had it ready for me to drive. They loaned the vehicle to me for the day and after bringing it back in the afternoon, I decided we would like to buy it. Without haggling, they knocked $3,000 of the price and got it within my requested payments. The purchase was very quick, clearly explained and straight forward. The only complaint I had was I was told there would be a $500 down payment and when I got to that point, it ended up being $600 instead (a minor gripe). I've bought numerous vehicles from dealerships over the years and from Scmolich, and the Toyota dealerships in town and this was by far, my most pleasant experience. Although I'm not a fan of Ford in general, I will be purchasing my next vehicle from this dealership.
