My 80 yr old mother, after receiving in the mail an offer for a $20 oil change, took her Ford Windstar to Joe Cooper/Yukon for oil change and check-over. Without my knowledge they talked her into a transmission oil flush. After returning home her car dumped the entire load of new transmission oil on the driveway. The vehicle was towed back to them, and they assessed a repair was needed, costing over $2500. After family intervention, and not assuming responsibility they refunded $700. When the van was returned the cruise control no longer worked; the "service manager" said it had been disconnected to do the repair work and the mechanic overlooked rehooking it up. I refused his offer to re-connect the cruise control. Keep clear of this dealership....maybe they will go bust.
