Extremely poor customer service.

Pros:

Availability - I called to have my car looked at and got an appointment for 45 minutes later.

Cons:

Poor customer service from the ground up.

I bought a new 2004 Monte Carlo from Smicklas in May of 2004 with the extended warranty.
