Good Buying Experience

Pros:

Respectful salesman, kids playroom, water, donuts, cleanliness.

Cons:

The same old same old pressure tactics, but I expected it and was able to resist.

Utilizing internet sales, I was offered a good price on a vehicle I was interested in, but when I got to the dealer and realized it didn't have a required option I needed, they orderd me one at no extra cost with the same reasonable discount.
