My car was totaled in the recent storms in Oklahoma so I went out last weekend shopping for cars. Bob Howard Hyundai was the first place I went. Terry E. met me when I arrived and showed me the Elantra and let me test drive both models. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles. What he didn't know, he was very happy to find out for me. Before I made a commitment I wanted to shop around a bit to make sure I was getting the best deal for my money, and when I told them this, there was virtually no pressure to "buy now!" When I came back later that day, Terry was busy, so Chris P. helped me do another test drive with the Elantra, so I could compare it to the other cars I'd driven that day. I wasn't ready to buy on Saturday, so I told them I'd be back in a few days after the insurance was all sorted out with my old car. Once the insurance situation was handled I returned and while there were a couple of bumps during sales negotiations, the whole thing was relatively quick and painless. Both the sales guys were great, but the guy who stole the show was Shy, their Customer Relations Manager His commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations, even going so far as to drive out of state to go get me a car in the color I wanted. Buying a car can be a very stressful situation, but the folks at Bob Howard Hyundai were extremely helpful and made the whole thing as painless as possible. Even the finance guys were awesome and I never felt pressured at all to add anything to the final tally. I was able to walk away feeling like I had made a good decision with absolutely no regrets about my purchase. Thank you Bob Howard Hyundai! I will definitely be recommending you guys to my friends and family!
