It's downtown and sometimes traffic prohibits a decent test drive.

Poor sales staff, outright rude sales manager.

Stopped in to look at Mustang inventory, I asked if they could do a search to try and find one type that I was looking for, the answer was no!  If I wasn't going to buy it that day then they wouldn't even search...
