Pros:: Absolutely none.
Cons:: Not customer oriented in the very least!

I am normally a person that does not complain about the way I am treated, usually my form of protest is to take my business somewhere else, unfortunately Oklahoma has only two Subaru dealerships and only one close by. I just could not let the way I have been treated and lied to by the Sales Staf...
