I've brought in my 2008 Suzuki XL7 to Big Red a few times for service in April and June 2009 and have found the technicians to be knowledgeable and reasonably fast and efficient. The service bays were busy when I was there and wait times (for the work I was having done) went into a couple hours, but the work I was doing took over an hour of tech time to complete. Also, the the manager and technicians took time and had the technical expertise to talk at length with me in technical details about the XL7's maintenance status, systems, and maintenance scheduling and logistics planning. In the discussions they made conservative recommendations (no unnecessary or premature work). And for work they couldn't do (some body, systems, or customization work), they recommended me to shops that could do the work. So far they've been excellent.
