Excellent customer service

I bought my 2023 Rogue from Fenton in McAlester. They worked with me to get a payment that I am able to afford, when Orr Nissan and Bob Howard Nissan would not work with me. Stephanie was able to find a blue Rogue for me in Tulsa, and had someone go to Tulsa to pick it up. Stephanie then drove it to OKC the next day, from McAlester, to deliver it to me. Stephanie went above and beyond. I highly recommend Fenton Nissan to anyone looking to buy a new car.

FIVE STARS Entire Fenton Nissan Team

I popped in the see about a new vehicle I saw online. Didn't really think I'd go for it in person but Matt the salesmen was so knowledgeable about the tech on these vehicles I felt very comfortable making a decision. He even taught me things about the current vehicle I was driving that I had not known, and it was a different make of vehicle. Wished I did because it would have benefitted me. We've used Fenton Nissan to purchase 5-6 Nissans over the years and from sales to financing and service with oil changes to follow, they have been the best by far. Fenton Nissan has a great team.

Bas customer service

Dear value customers, please think twice before you visit this dealer. Here's what happened to me. Hasty, aggressive sales tactics: This dealership practice lures me in with same-day, sign-and-drive sales based only on a credit score. The dealer was at fault for being overly quick to sign, did not take their time to resolve open items. Any deposit should be taken right after the deal was made. However, they did not do that, gave me the key to the car, let me drive home and left me with an impression that no deposit was needed. If this was a mistake, they should call me immediately. I thought everything was completed until FOUR days later they called and asked for the deposit. What kind of service is that? I returned the car for the following reasons: First: Dishonest and bad customer service. Giving the customer an impression that everything was done and then called them 4 days later to ask for money. Second: this was a bad deal. A cost for a Nissan Sentra S Basic at this dealer was about $17800 plus tax and service fees. Please pull a review from consumer report and see how much this car cost. It's way less than what I have to pay here. From these things, I decided to return the car. The way they treat the customer disappointed me. When I said I want to return the car, they were yelling, threat to bring me to court, and damage my credit score. They were not willing to listen to me or offered a renegotiation for the car. I'm dissatisfied with the way everything turned out. How can I trust their commitment to customer satisfaction?
