To start off the horrible experience you get with Jackie Cooper, try calling in to get an appointment.  Its pretty amazing if you get in within the next two and a half weeks, and good luck if you want a loaner...schedule those appointments months in advance.  Amazingly Crown BMW of Tulsa can get ...
