LOVE MY JEEP! BUT Service sucks!

onHad great experience purchasing my Jeep but three days later had a problem with it and when I called keep getting the run around.
I understand that it's under factory warranty and they want me to take it to a Jeep dealership but I bought it from Montrose, they should do the right thing and take care of it. I will purchase my next vehicle from a Jeep dealership since that's seems to be where I'll get proper service.
John in service told me, "you should take it to Sliman's, that what we'll have to do."
Gus, manager, sent nice, pre written email saying "Welcome to the family... let me know if there's anything we can do..." He didn't even bother to respond to my email!
