I bought a 2013 F150. I paid $20,000 CASH (top dollar for this year model). Even though the under carriage need a lot of rust repair, I paid the full asking price. Eleven days later the battery went completely dead for no reason. I sent my sales person a email just wanting a new battery since the one it came with was only a year old and I expected a few years of use when I bought it. I stated that if I got a battery exchange, I would assume any further work that was needed. There was no response, even to say they would not do it. Apparently, once they have your money they simply dont care. The cost of a battery was too much to make a customer somewhat satisfied.

The appointment was handled at the scheduled time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was performed in a timely manner. I would come to Liberty for all my service needs but I live in Akron and it is more convenient to go to Montrose Ford for simple, regular service. I have not been especially happy with Montrose and will consider driving to Liberty in the future.

Delwyn meet me at the door, even though I was early. We walked thru all the paperwork and I felt very comfortable stopping him to ask questions. He took the time to go over both inside and outside of the new Edge. He helped me set up my contacts and my iPhone so I can listen to my personal music through the vehicle. He checked in numerous times with me as I was waiting for Finance. He even helped my husband with his iPhone - Explorer connection. My husband was very grateful for his help. I went back to the dealership today to have the surface finish applied to my Edge. Once again Delwyn met me at the door and made sure that I was taking care of right away. It was overall a great experience! I will definitely send family and friends to this dealership. Thank you so much Delwyn!
