Drove a Lincoln MKX, then an Edge, and I felt that this will be mine, if the dealer is worth dealing with. They gave me a fair (but a little low) offer for my trade in, and after a short discussion met my expectations. They knew their product, even though the Edge with all its technology takes a lot of time to get to know. From the salesman, to the sales manager, to the finance manager, they were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I've bought a number of cars in the past, and no experience was any easier or more pleasant than this one, and I'm not the type to just sit down and agree with anything I'm told. My wife says that I don't feel stress, because I'm a carrier. But - there was no stress what-so-ever with this transaction. We didn't agree at the outset, but with a little give and take, I drove the Edge away after just a couple of hours. I received a "buyer's rebate, and they still were able to fanagle me an outstanding interest rate, under 4%. I'll definitely go back, and I recommend them to anyone who's car shopping.
