GM is very rude and dishonest. Bought vehicle even after general manager was very rude because my wife loved the car. Gm calls me two days later and leaves message. I call him back thinking he had a bad day and was going to apologize.No apology. Called to tell me he did not charge me enough tax ...

Pros:: Local dealership was very good to deal with. Bought many cars over the years.
Cons:: Can not be trusted to keep their word.

Watch out when dealing with this dealership. They can be very deceptive. Ask questions and get everything in writing. We didn't and now we are sorry. We are filing a complaint with the Ohio Attorney Generals office.
