Lack of and very dishonest

(10/27/11 05:17 PM PDT)- 1)major lack of communication 2)reminding them you are a customer,they seem to forget once you make your purchase.. 3)Service manager said they checked my brakes and they were great nothing wrong with them pads and rotors front and back looked great, finding out a week later they did not .. and I needed back pad and rotors , 4)then they said due to many problems I have had there they want me to be a happy customer so they would pay for half of my bill to get my brakes done ...that was a lie! gave them the bill and no payment was sent they also said we will give you a phenominal deal on a lease which (prior to all of this nonsense I was looking at) that was all talk too... why would a dealership say we want you to be a happy customer then lie to you they post their mission of honesty and intergrity on their website do they know what that means maybe the Ganley Man can answer this for me....
