I purchased a new car recently, this is my second new car purchase from progressive. the exceeded my expectations on helping us get into another car, and giving us a great deal for our trade in. thank you progressive. I highly recommend them.

Very Unprofessional

On 9-22-09 I made a deal with this dealership, loan was pre approved all that needed complete was paperwork which was completed that evening. It is now Saturday 9-25-09 and I still do not have the vehicle. I have placed numerous calls with no call backs as promised by them. Futhermore I even put a down payment on the vehicle, I was to get a phone call this morning 9-25-09 which never occured, when I did call myself I was told that the sales person is not in today. Talk about a run around! This so called dealership is very unprofessional on how they handle issues like this, if they do not actually own the vehicle yet since being a lease turn in then just say so and I will take my business elsewhere! My next call I am placing will be not to them but to The Better Business Bureau and also my attorney. So consumers be on your toes before going to this dealer.
