First, Charlie is a very nice, charming young man. Second, he is a very good salesman, not overbearing or pushy at all; just really genuine and helpful - makes you want to buy a car from him! My husband and I came in on an ugly, rainy day on a whim, and Charlie greeted us right away with a friendly smile and easy manner. We told him that we weren't buying that day, just looking, yet he took lots of time with us getting to know exactly what we were looking for and what our concerns were. My husband works at Ford, so we kind of knew what we wanted, but we wanted to look at some options as well. The way Charlie treated us was like we were spending a million dollars instead of just looking! Charlie kept in touch for the next few months with occasional phone calls and emails. So when we were ready to buy, naturally we called and made an appointment. Ford was running a good incentive at the time, and Charlie and the finance guy worked together to get us a good rate at FMC. He had lined up several cars for us to look at, and the one we got was a "last year's model", so we got one heck of a good price! We got options we would normally not have gotten. Charlie is also very knowledgeable about the Rousch Mustang program and he and my husband chatted about that. He is the kind of kid that seems like family right away. He never rushed us and was there to answer any questions we had, but also talked about his wife, his grandpa, and mom and asked questions about our family as well. That's a special kind of salesman who can make you feel like you're buying from a friend. We will always come to Charlie for our future needs!
