Bought a vehicle a year ago that had a check engine light on. We were told it was not a problem but that the service department could not find the issue. The vehicle was back in the shop 2 months later for the same check engine issue and have been there 3 additional times since then. This last time they had it 2 months and we continued to not hear from them at all. We had to continue to ask for updated. We were given the vehicle back and told that it was fixed and had to tow it back 10 hours later because it was undriveable. Then we were told the issue it is now having they knew about but just did not fix it. Now the tire is shoot and they were brand new tires when we purchased the vehicle but told there is no warranty on them.

Just bought a 2022 Gladiator from AJ (Anthony Johnson). He was amazing. I had a bad experience at another dealer the day before. I was looking at Jeeps online last night. He responded by text at 8:30pm, discussed my needs, confirmed all the details in the morning, gave me a better deal than other dealerships were offering, and had my Jeep delivered that afternoon. It was the easiest, smoothest vehicle purchase I've ever had. AJ is an absolute pleasure to work with. He presented all the details clearly, the final numbers all matched his offer exactly. He walked me through the process very efficiently. I HIGHLY recommend him!

I purchased a used Audi Q5 from here a couple of months ago. I noticed immediately that the car was burning through oil at an unusually rapid rate. Initially I just thought that it needed an oil change. I went to start the car the other day and the engine started smoking and smelled like an electrical fire. When I had it looked at, they said that there were some major issues that they were surprised a dealership did not know of or did not disclose. All of these things needed to be replaced: The starter. Spark plugs. Engine thermostat. Turbocharger. The latter is a $1,300 part in itself, not to mention labor. It was also the reason the oil was being burned through like propane. All in all it is going to cost me almost 4k plus towing and a rental car just 2 months after I purchased from this dealership. I'm not sure if it was just negligence or intentionally not disclosed, but they obviously denied any wrongdoing on their part and refused to assist in any of the cost. If you are looking to buy from here, I would suggest having someone you trust look at the vehicle before you purchase, or buy from somewhere else that actually inspects their vehicles before selling them. Unfortunately I will probably have to get legal involved at this point

2009 Jeep Cherokee listed at $8500. Offered to give $8,000 cash money out the door only to have them say they are only willing to take $200 off asking price. Trade in value on the vehicle was around $4,000. I would definitely not recommend this dealer if your looking to make any deals.

I've bought 2 vehicles there (a 2019 RAM 1500 and a Pacifica), both buying experiences were seamless and hassle-free. Sales staff and finance were all courteous and genuine. But where they've truly shined has been in the service department. I had a couple of issues with my new truck, and I can honestly say that our service manager, Mark Cornell, is the absolutely the most customer-centric, professional and thoughtful individual I have ever encountered at a car dealership. He is truly a significant asset to the Performance team, and a big reason why I don't think we'll ever go to anyone else for our car-buying and service needs.

Sales staff wasn't pushy at all! Large inventory!!! Very friendly staff throughout the entire dealership. I was very impressed with my entire car buying experience. and the have slushies for the kids and a game room that kept my kids very entertained during my time there.

I can't say exactly how the sales staff is for this dealer, but they don't respond to questions sent via their website or other web connections (Cargurus, cars.com, edmunds, etc.). I saw a vehicle I was interested in but did not want to drive all the way to the dealership if a deal would not fit my budget. I sent a request for an email quote for "out the door" price including taxes and fees and what my trade would be. I never heard back from them so I went through Carfax.com (which says you will get an email price from the dealer.) Still nothing. I made five requests over 5 days for the vehicle and never got a response to any of them. On a whim, I had a friend inquire about the car's availablitly without asking for an out the door price. He received an email within hours asking when he would like to come in to test drive. ("let's do it your way" is what the email said.) So, basically this dealer does not want to lock in a price for you via email, they want you to come in (probably to haggle the price/extras up.). Not sure if I want to deal with a company that is that sneaky.
