Rather be happy than clever!

Briann Beerwa greeted me immediately with a smile and got busy taking down the information on my 2-year old Telluride. At 30,000 miles there were several jobs to do and Briann was right on the money with her phone call to say they had finished their work in just 2 hours! Nothing like heading home knowing you are safe in a well-maintained car! Prior to buying the Telluride, I bought a new Sportage and drove it for almost 10 years. Very happy with this dealer.

The service at Spitzer is great and they get you in and out in a timely manner. The prices are about the same at other dealers but the service personal are the best. Belinda Frost was so helpful and kept me informed throughout the service.

Christian was Great!

Christian was very knowledgeable and listened to the options that I wanted for my car and was able to get everything that I wanted. I'm VERY happy with my purchase and I'm 65 and this is the first time I got a vehicle with everything that I wanted. I'd recommend stopping in and asking for Christian. He listens to your needs and makes sure you leave the dealership with a wonderful experience!

I am so glad that I purchased my Kia Seltos from Spitzer Kia. Jeff Fraam was a great salesperson and I recently had it in for service, a recall and regular maintenance. James Martin was very good at explaining what needed to be done and was great at getting the work done in less time than estimated. Actually, every employee that I have met at Spitzer, has been great. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful

I'm very impressed with Kia cars from Korea. The Korean people have came a long way to produce the best cars that I have seen and probably the best cars thus so far. If your looking for something different outside American cars and a car dealership, great customer service and are willing to make a way out of no way to work for whatever situation you are in, well Kia Spitzer Brookpark, Parma will work for you!
