Wouldn't buy anywhere else

We've purchased two vehicles from Columbia Acura and wouldn't buy an Acura anywhere else! We negotiated both deals via email and all documentation was ready when we arrived. No hassle at all! Service Department is top notch!

My Internet experience was so-so. I did get prompt replies but they seemed to find it hard to answer the question I actually asked. Eventually I got a quote for the vehicle I wanted, but it was on the high side. I was told it was because the 2014 model had just come out and they had a lot of the 2013 model year in stock. The price difference between the 2013 and the 2014 was $2000 even though Acura itself set the price differential at a mere $200. I was also told that if I wished to pay cash, the price would be higher! Needless to say this dealership didn't make the sale.

The internet sales manager contacted me promptly, made a fair offer, then went to great lengths to search for the car we wanted. We also received a fair offer for our trade-in. The closing went smoothly.
